Before you dive into your first term of classes, we have a jam-packed week of exciting activities to help you become acclimated to campus life. From speakers, to socials, to signing your name on the sidewalk, join your fellow new wolves to begin making your mark at WOU!
PACK Welcome Week Information Booths - Residence Halls
9am-5pm: If you have questions about move in procedures or Welcome Week activities, WOU Crew members will be available to answer all of your questions!
Residential Service Center (North Side of Valsetz)
9am-8pm: If you need to pick up mail or packages, get a temporary key for lockouts during the day, need computer support, or have general questions about housing and residence life, this is the place to go!
Werner University Center
10am-5pm:WOU ID Cards (2nd Floor, Information Desk). Identification cards will be made for students who have not yet received their cards. Students need this card for the dining hall. The first card is free for incoming students. Replacement cards will be issued for $15. **This will be repeated daily**
11am-4pm:WOU Wolfstore Open (2nd Floor). Pick up any WOU gear you need for the big week!
10am-3pm:Caffe Allegro Coffee Shop Open (2nd Floor). Grab a refreshing drink from Caffe Allegro!
1-2pm:Parent Info Session (Willamette Room). Come learn what your student will be doing over the next week, get any last minute questions answered, and sign up for more info about Family Weekend!

4pm: Family, friends & support people; time to give hugs/kisses and head out!
Get ready to eat and greet! Here is your first chance to make new friends and eat as a hall with your RA & WOU Crew member! Make sure to join your hall chat so you know when your hall is going to eat.
Meet the Housing staff of your building! This meeting will be led by your Resident Director and introducing your Resident Assistants for the year. You will get a brief introduction to resources on campus and policies within the halls. This is a REQUIRED meeting for all on-campus students.
ASWOU President, Brenda Rocio Martinez, will be welcoming all new students to campus, while WOU Crew Coordinators June & Tony will share highlights of PACK Welcome Week. Join us for an event you will not want to miss, as we lead you in a variety of fun activities that help you meet your new classmates! At the end the incoming class will create the annual "W" photo in the gym
